Greenland Homes will always endeavour to be accurate in the information provided on the website, but we do reserve the right to amend, edit, update or delete any information about our business or any of the homes at any time. Greenland Homes takes no responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of inaccuracies or changes.

We provide links to other websites, usually subdivisions or suppliers, this is for convenience only and we are not responsible for the content or performance of these websites. Please contact these companies directly if you need to discuss anything about their specific website.

Photos or renders are indicative only. Under no circumstances will Greenland Homes be liable in any way for any content including but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or for loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted to and communicated from our Greenland Homes website.

Clients intending to purchase should make their own enquiries and our build contract and contract specifications and plans supersede website information about any Home and Land or Design and Build properties.

Our designs, plans, illustrations and photos are the intellectual property of Greenland Homes. Authorisation to use our plans is given through the signing of a build contract with Greenland Homes. We will pursue legal avenues if we believe there is a breach of these intellectual property rights. We take this very seriously.

Greenland Homes reserves the right to withdraw any Home and Land packages at any time without notice. These are also advertised elsewhere.
