During my research for a builder, I’ve several things to consider but two of the most important criteria are cost and good feedback!, as I need a value for my bucks and a headache-free process as I’m away from Chch most of the time. I came across Greenland Homes mentioned several times at builderreviews.co.nz. there were all good feedback and recommended by many people. It was no brainer to go and seal the deal with GH, the whole process was very smooth. Coming from an engineering and construction industries background, I’m very impressed with Sean and the team attitude. Definitely will use GH again in the future and recommend GH to others also
