About Us

Founder and Managing Director Sean Zhao has worked in the building and construction industry since 1996 in both New Zealand and China. He has extensive experience in property development and construction management for residential, commercial, industrial and hotel projects. In total, Sean has managed building projects with a gross floor area of more than 2 million square metres.

Sean works closely with his team of trusted architects and contractors and oversees each project to ensure a superior quality build every time. He approaches every project with an engineers mindset which ultimately helps you to achieve the very best result for the most cost-effective investment.

Sean's Qualifications

Cheryl has worked in the building industry for many years including invaluable experience with some of New Zealand's most well-known building companies. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in both design and in crafting the best package options for her clients. Cheryl is extremely passionate and works hard to ensure excellence in every aspect of the building project from initial planning all the way through to construction.
